When will my site be active?
Your site will be setup and active within 1 hour of signing up with PhotographerShots.com.

How much web space do I get?
You are allowed unlimited galleries on your site. In those galleries you can upload up to 20gb of photos. This is approximately 10,000 photos around 2mb in size. If you use up all your disk space we have options available for more disk space.

Do I have to pay per sale fees or commissions?
PhotographerShots.com does not charge any per sale fees or take commission from any of your sales. The payment gateway/processor that you decide to use may charge monthly or per sale fees.

What operating systems is PhotographerShots.com compatible with?
PhotographerShots.com is completely web based which makes it compatible with all operating systems including OSX, Windows and Linux.

What payment gateways can I use on my site?
PhotographerShots.com has support for the following payment gateways built in: PayPal, 2Checkout.com, Plug n' Pay, Authorize.net and MyGate.co.za.

What currencies can I process payments from my customers in?
Your site will support the following currencies: U.S. Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Euro, Pound Sterling, Yen, Australian Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Swiss Franc, Hong Kong Dollar, Singapore Dollar, Swedish Krona, Danish Krone, Polish Zloty, Norwegian Krone, Hungarian Forint, Czech Koruna, South African Rands.

What languages are available?
All sites are setup in English. You can then download the language file in the knowledge base and translate it to any language you would like.

Can I sell different size prints?
Yes, you can setup an unlimited number of sizes and print types to sell. These can be global or specific to only certain photos.

How are print orders fulfilled?
You are responsible for fulfilling all print and product orders yourself. You can send the order to a print lab of your choice for processing and have it shipped directly to your customer.

Can I sell other products such as T-Shirts or CDs?
Yes, you can sell other products the same way as you sell prints. Just enter the product under the prints & products area of the manager, give it a price and save. The product can be global or specific to only certain photos.

Can I sell multiple sizes of the same photo?
Yes, you can have your PhotographerShots.com site automatically create an unlimited number of additional sizes from the original. These can be created when the original is added and stored on the server or they can be generated on the fly when they are purchased.

Can subscriptions be turned off?
Yes, the subscription features can easily be turned of in the management area.

Can I have private categories?
Yes, you can have an unlimited number of public and private categories. Private categories can be password protected so that only those who have the password can view or purchase the photos in the category.

Can selling prints or digital photo be turned off?
Yes, both selling digital and print features can easily be turned off in the management area. If you would only like to sell prints you can turn off the "sell digital version" option. If you would not like to offer any prints or products on your site you can turn off "sell prints and products". You can also set these options per photo.

Can I offer free photos?
Yes, you can set the price of any photo to 0 and it will be offered free.

Can coupons, promotions or discounts be offered to my customers?
Yes, your site has the ability for you to create coupons that your customers can use when checking out. These coupons can offer a percentage off of the total price, a dollar value off of the total price, free shipping or tax exempt.
